They are complete idiots they I have been waiting over 1 month in addition to the time on my contract close on my loan. This company's communication is aweful. They never answer phone calls or emails. Most their staff works from their homes. Go to someone professional Don't waste your time

Quick service fast turns they changed the game

Your company has me on auto dial and continually calls to harass me. When I answer no one is there, I call back and say I'm on the DNC list and nothing is done. Only people with strong asian accents answer and they also hang up on me. I am tired of this, your company fails to remove me from your robo calling and I'm going to continue to seek legal remedies until this stops! I'm a Realtor and would NEVER use your company, I'm also going to announce it at the Realtor Board Meetings about what your company CONTINUALLY HARASSING SO MANY OF US REALTORS.

This company is the worst. They have been stringing me along for nine months...still have not closed. Every week it's something that they find to delay the process. They kept doing the same paperwork each month. They are incompetent and should not be in business. I wish I could file a legal suit for my time and stress. Their officers and processors are not trained. They keep giving me a closing dates, but then come up with excuses. They say you are ready to close and fund but never send the money. I am so frustrated with this company. If you value you sanity, do not deal with them.

Meh, overall not a "horrible" exp with Got mortgage. No other lender could get my loan done so last min I went with them. They got it done in about 25 days and the process wasn't as bad as these other reviews make it sound. If you don't follow instructions and give them what they need I can see how it can get messy. Overall I'm happy and will recommend.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In my 14+ years as a real estate professional in Orange County and Las Vegas, never have I experienced such incompetence in my life! They are truly the worst lender I have ever had to deal with in my professional career and they only reason I gave them 1 star is for even being in business and having a license which I am sure is short lived. If you value your time and money, never accept an offer that has this lender attached to it and have your clients go on line and read the horrible reviews before they ever would remotely choose them as a lender. The buyers on my listing are using GOT Mortgage. They told me they could do the loan and now we are at close time and we have no approval, no appraisal and the loan officer will not return phone calls or emails. Yesterday he was taking the loan to the investor for approval. What a joke. Save yourself the heartache and problems and use a reputable company. None of there phone #'s connect you to a person. We are on day 55 after a 30 day extension and still nothing. The loan officer Michael (Daniel) Sermino is a joke. The company is not LEGIT!!

3 to 5 calls a week to my cell phone.. No message.. I call the number back and try to get to someone and the system says, Mailbox full.Goodbye! or, you have reached an extension that is no longer valid..Goodbye! What a joke.. If you are a real mortgage company, man up and either answer your phone or leave a message.. Is this really the way to market a company in 2016? Robo calls and n message? Its very frustrating and I hope t hat someone from dontgotmortgage.com reads this. I WORK for a professional , respected Mortgage company and these calls are probably recruiters but still... please dont just ROBO call and hang up.. Goodbye!

GotMortgage is horrible and very amateur, they hire people who talk smooth but never deliver. Escrow companies around south land are started to recognize the name and warn agent to stay away. You will lose your deal and possibly will get sue if you use them, I got a refinance client and it took them 4 months and never get to close. They are very good at stalling, lying and leading you on to believe that loan is coming...but they just drag on and on, they are good at asking one simple condition per week to buy them time while they shop your loan a right mortgage buyer (lender) then underwrite your loan. If they can't sell your loan they will stall and leading you on to miserable frustration and delay.

A client spoke to these jokers and they pulled an FHA case number on his streamline FHA refinance then REFUSED to release it!!! They will not answer ANY number...even numbers for new business and I am psycho-dialing for days. Once I got in touch with somebody and explained what I needed, they flat out hung up on me. The loan officer "BILL" is a complete *** and a shyster of the worst kind. Why people think that these fly by night companies that win a liars contest are legitimate business people that can be trusted with the financing of your largest asset is beyond me

Worst service ever!!! I am selling my home, the buyers are using Got Mortgage. They are awful. I was supposed to close a week ago. Darrell, their loan officer screwed up on my buyer's Good Faith Estimate, which automatically means there is a 3 day right of rescission after that. He refused to acknowledge that and kept lying saying the loan docs would be there the next day, then the day after that, 3 days later they still hadn't come in. Finally got them over to the buyers on Saturday, the notary overnighted them back so they would be there first thing Monday morning. My agent called multiple times Monday, was finally told they were just not checked in until 2:30 so they wouldn't fund that day. Tuesday, still not funded. Here we are Wednesday, still not funded. My agent has reached out to Darrel multiple times, he won't answer her calls. Voicemail is full and won't respond to emails. My agent reached out to his manager, didn't get a response back for 3 days! What a joke! People plan their lives around the sale of a house and when they move. I have never been given a definitive answer on when we will actually close. NEVER EVER USE GOT MORTGAGE

Do not use these guys at any cost, they are terrible. They never return calls, they are slow and terrible to work with/ worst customer service I have ever seen. I locked at 3.66% and lost that lock because it expired. I agreed to 4.25 and was pissed because is cost me $60 a month in payment. Then they drug there feet until I lost that lock. I kept calling to no avail, no or few returned calls no information about what was going on and what was taking so long. I do not recommend them at all in any way!!! Stay away from them!!!!

I had gotten approved with their wholesale to get an admittedly tough loan done with them. After 90 days, yep, over 3 months later we were still fighting to get our loan closed. Their administrative staff have no idea what's going on and nobody in that company is worth their salt. We escalated our issues up to VP of Sales Larry Evans who, after finally getting the loan to close, then held our broker check for over a week, stating that they do not pay their brokers "until after the file is insured by HUD???" I've got a pissed off client for the experience and still fighting just to get paid. Stay away from this company!!!

September, 2012 I opened a 30 escrow. One week before the scheduled close of escrow date, my realestate agent contacted me to inform me that finance company had not ordered the inspection and they were having problems contacting the company. I spoke with the person that referred me to GotMortgage and I requested a 48 hour action report. At the end of the 48 hours, we received information that the inspection was being ordered. It took over two weeks before the inspection was conducted. During this time I attempted to contact 3 managers and the owner of GotMortgage and I am still waiting for a return call. I was later advised that GotMortgage will not communicate directly with their clients. It is now December, the underwriter has been reviewing the file for over 3 weeks and I still do not have a closing date. I will be forced to cancel the contract and possibly loose my earnest money. Yes, I am a pissed consumer and hope GotMortgage will loose their license.
